Ski passes

Lucy & Betsy are the first family members to have season ski passes! They are needed for the ski lessons which start in January.

Ho Ho Ho

Lucy wants slippers and Betsy wants legos...at least that is what they said today when they saw Santa.
Also, mailing letters off to the North Pole!

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!

Here is an Xray of Lucy's two front teeth, still hidden in her gums. Doubtful they will be making an appearance in time for Christmas, but it can't hurt to ask :)

Lucy learns to ride a bike!

It was a Summer goal, to learn to ride her two wheeler. With less than a week to go in Summer, that magic moment finally happened and Lucy rode her bike for the first time.

Annual Ellensburg Rodeo Weekend

Leaving Jackson, on to Idaho

We got up early on our last day in Teton Village, tried to go moose spotting but came up empty. We had smoothies in Jackson before heading over the teton pass into Idaho, heading west again. We stayed in Boise that night, dinner downtown then Laura met up with two KKG friends who live with their families in Boise. Today is drive through inner Idaho, north, through McCall and Lewiston and eventually into Post Falls to meet up with Heins, McKinnons and Browns for the weekend.

More Tetons

We had a full day in the Tetons. 9am horse ride, hiked and explored the Rockefeller Preserve thanks to a tip from Aunt Dana, and dinner in Jackson at an organic restaurant - we even attempted to see the Wild West shoot out, but it was too noisy for Lucy :)

Made it to Tetons

We left Yellowstone and drove south to the Tetons. We had lunch at the Jackson Lake Lodge, went to the top of Signal Mountain and stopped by Jenny Lake and Chapel of the Transfiguration beforearriving  in Teton Village. Staying at the Hostel for the next two days.

Muddy Scary Pots

Hiked the artists' paint pot and it wasn't Lucy's favorite. Saw lower and upper falls, and spent time near Yellowstone Lake.
