Pool Time At G'ma Karen's

This was from a month or so ago, but thought it would be fun to post some action version still shots -- we'll take more short videos of her soon saying "dadadada" and giggling.

Sitting Pretty

Lucy is sitting pretty these days with little help from her parents. She has super strong legs - always kicking - and loves to stand in your lap and "run" towards Scout on the floor. She spends lot of time in her exersaucer playing inside and outside, and as you can tell still LOVES food. She's had all kinds of veges and fruits, and is just now starting meats and will do small bites soon (...as soon as mom and dad buy a high chair for her!) :)

Ellensburg Rodeo

The Ellensburg Rodeo has long been a Brown Family tradition every Labor Day Weekend. The whole family (even Scout) stays at G'ma/pa's house on the farm. This year we mixed it up a bit and instead of going to the rodeo every single day, we took a side trip to Yakima Valley to go wine tasting. Not quite like Sonoma or Napa, but it's always fun to taste wine on a warm sunny day.

Myers Family Reunion

We spent a week in Cody, WY (just outside of Yellowstone National Park) for a Myers family reunion. Here is a slide show with some pics.

Everyone Loves Lucy

G'ma Myers came to town to visit pre and post SF, and took care of Scout while the family was out of town. Aunt Heather was also in town visiting for Uncle Chuck's wedding. So many photos, so few blogs...

Bay Area Visit

The Myers family traveled to SF for Todd/Jessie's wedding and to visit friends in the City. It was Lucy's first plane ride and she did great! While in SF, Lucy and Lyla (Kristie/Scott's little girl) met for the first time. The family ate out at a few favorites in the City and then spent time with good friends before and during the wedding.

July Updates

Lucy eats rice cereal for the first time. And, the Myers are almost done with getting the house painted and all the extras that go along with that...some before and in process pictures are below.
