Holiday Traditions
Lucy went with her parents to cut down her first Christmas tree (not sure how environmentally friendly it is, but we did it anyway). And, that same day in the evening, strolled, in her stroller, downtown Edmonds for the Christmas tree lighting and Santa's arrival. The eggnog was in the frig, but needs to be restocked. Happy shopping.

Happy Thanksgiving

Trip to Bay Area
We had a great trip to the bay area for Dana's wedding - spent a few days in SF and a few days in Calistoga (wine country). In SF, we stayed in the SOMA district by the ballpark in Dana/Keith's new condo building guest room; visited the newly opened CA Academy of Sciences and it was amazing; had dinner and drinks with friends; drank lots of coffee at Philz Coffee shop; and stopped at a few of our favorite spots (sports basement, ottimista, etc.).
On the way to Calistoga, we stopped at B.R. Cohn Winery in Sonoma and checked out the venue for the wedding - Hans Fahden Winery . The next day we did more wine tasting in Calistoga with the Myers family and friends, and then the wedding festivities began. It was fun seeing all of Dana's friends and meeting Keiths friends and family. The wedding was beautiful as was the couple :) Lucy did an amazing job through everything. Hope you enjoy the photo album below.

Nine Months and Growing
The last month has been busy. Mom and dad bought a rambler in Mountlake Terrace as an investment property. Lucy spent some time with her great grandpa and grandma as well as her aunt Penny who babysat her a few times in the last week (thank you!)! Lucy can now eat cherrios without choking! Scout chewed up his bed and still is obsessed with socks - adult size and baby size. And, we leave for SF the day after Halloween for Mark's sisters wedding.

Visitors
Our good friends Dan and Mariana came to town (they live in LA) for a wedding and stayed with us in Edmonds. We had a great time catching up and showing them our new home town - including all of our coffee shops :) Lucy has had a few "stranger anxiety" moments the last few weeks, but seemed very happy and content with our visitors!
