Big day

 Not only is it my sisters bday, but Wes started in person school. He’ll go two times a week! He was excited and had a great day. We also got countertops today, woohoo! 

Spring skiing and finishing up kitchen

 Spring skiing is here and we are trying to get as many days as possible before the mountain closes for the season. Hosting our friends that come up to ski with outdoor fire pit and some March madness viewing. The kitchen is in its final stages and is slow going as countertops got pushed a week and plumbers are booked! It’s looking great though and can’t wait to be done! Lucy is playing soccer still and loving it. And the girls did another theater production with their friends. 

March Sunshine

 The sun has been out more and we are happy for that! Countertop measuring is taking place today and end panels for cabinets and insides are being installed. Getting closer but still a huge list of things to do. 

Kitchen Cabinets

 The cabinets are almost all in place and we can visualize the new layout! Countertops will be templated next week. Still a lot to do but it’s looking great. 

Lucy’s had two soccer games now with the FC Edmonds team she’s temporarily playing on. It’s fun to watch them play. Playgrounds opened up a few weeks ago so we’ve been enjoying play time around Edmonds. 

Floors!

 Hardwoods inside and composite outside. We are excited to have an outdoor covered, lit, and heated place to host friends abs family soon! 

End of February

The girls have started playing a bit of soccer. Betsy was a practice player for the local select team to see if this might be a good fit for her in the coming year. Lucy was asked to join her age group select team for this season because they are starting to play games and are down a handful of players. They are both really enjoying it! 

The remodel is coming along - covered front and back porches are built out, back decking is being installed and looks great! And drywall has been textured and primed. Hardwoods being installed this week and hopefully cabinets next week. 

Wes will start in person school 2 times a week at the end of March! And he will be attending the same school as his big sister Betsy starting in the Fall. 

Snow!

 Snow day in Edmonds! And progress in our remodel - insulation done, drywall hung, and roof complete just in time for the snow.
